Ispovijed


Starom je svećeniku dosadilo svojim župljanima stalno davati oprost za grijehe preljuba pa im se za vrijeme jedne mise obrati:
- "Ako još jednom čujem da je netko izvršio preljub, tražite si novog svećenika!"
Kako su ga župljani jako voljeli, dogovore se da će od sada za preljub na ispovijedi govoriti da su pali.
No, nakon nekog vremena stari svećenik umre i na njegovo mjesto dođe mladi svećenik.

Nakon dvadesetak dana posjeti mladi svećenik gradonačelnika i reče mu:
- "Gradonačelniče, morate brzo nešto učiniti s pločnikom, župljani mi se na ispovijedi stalno žale da su pali."
Gradonačelnik se počne smijati, shvativši da mladom svećeniku nitko nije rekao u njihovoj šifri.
Ali prije nego što uspije objasniti, mladi svećenik uvrijeđeno nastavi:
- "Ne znam zašto je to vama smiješno. Pa i vaša je žena ovaj tjedan već dvaput pala!"
